My surgeon doesn't feel I need to worry about any additional aneurysms (easy for him to say...).
My scar is still red and itchy but healed over nicely. Workouts are going well as I increase my mileage every day. Meds aren't a problem, blood pressure is in the sweet spot. My appetite has returned, I am sleeping well and in general feeling more engaged with normal stuff. Most only pain is when I take deep breaths but even sneezing isn't too bad.
I don't really have anything more to say for this Blog other than I really appreciate everyone's support and comments. I probably should have responded to them, but these blogs are already a lot of work.
What I am most thankful for, is Paula. She put up with me, cared for me and stoked the fire all night during the power outage. What more can you ask for?

oh come on. you didn't tell the story about the ember coming out of the fire. Thankful for Paula. No, Paula ROCKS.
I will look forward to the next blog, in whatever form or fashion it comes.
yes, writing is a lot of work. And, my professional opinion is that you do it very well. Way to go, healthy Mark. Glad to have you back.
